Da Bomb Beyond Insanity
The extremely hot varieties of habaneros and chipotles used in making Da Bomb Beyond Insanity produce an ultra-hot sauce measured at 119,700 Scoville units, ranking it 13th on our list of the hottest hot sauces (posted on the Carolina Sauce Company blog).
Da Bomb Beyond Insanity Hot Sauce was one of the early entries into the ultra-hot market, and was created in response to the original Ultra Hot, Dave's Insanity Sauce (which is somewhat less intense than Da Bomb).
A bit thicker and more "substantive" than other ultra-hot hot sauces, Da Bomb Beyond Insanity uses orange juice for acidity and flavor, instead of the more commonly-used vinegar.
But this is no "breakfast beverage" of a hot sauce! Are you crazy enough to go Beyond Insanity?? The warning on the label says it all: 'Keep out of reach of children.
