Joe Buds Everything Sauce
Joe Bud's Everything Sauce traces its roots back to the 1950s, when Joe Bud's uncle and mentor used to cater huge bar-b-ques on the family farm in Greenwood, South Carolina.
Uncle Jim kept the original recipe in his head, telling his young nephew Joe "Bud" (the official sauce-stirrer at age 10), "you will know when you got it right." Now all grown up and with a family of his own in North Carolina, Joe Bud has added his own personal touch to his uncle's original recipe, although the basic recipe remains the same and is as delicious as ever.
Joe Bud's Everything Sauce is terrific for basting smoked pork ribs, chicken and other meats, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
