raspberry Thunder Sauce

We were thrilled to learn that Robert Rothschild Farm had decided to resume production of their wildly popular - and devilishly delicious - Raspberry Thunder Sauce, and we're pleased to be able to offer it again! For the uninitiated, Hot Raspberry Thunder is a fiendishly HOT hot sauce that's made with a sweet raspberry-tomato base, and spiced up with red chiles, jalapenos, black pepper and a healthy dose of Capsicum extract.

If you can handle the intense heat, you can use Raspberry Thunder "straight" on ribs, pork, chicken, steak, and anything else that tastes good with a fruity sweet & savory (and very hot) condiment.

You can also stir some of this thick, rich hot sauce into chili, soups and gazpacho for a fruity twist, or mix it with mayonnaise to create a spicy sandwich spread or potato salad.

Here at the Carolina Sauce Company, we like to blend some Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce into softened cream cheese to make a spicy dip for pretzels.

Rothschild's Hot Raspberry Thunder now comes in an easy to pour 8 oz bottle, and it's also Kosher to boot! Refrigerate after opening.
